Excellent friendly staff, Dr Moses is a great Dr listens to me and provides excellent service
My experience has not been good. The office has a number that you can leave a message. I called to tell them I wouldn’t be at an 8:00 am appt. I left a message the day before. They told me that they didn’t get the message because it doesn’t come to them. I asked why they used that service. They called me a no show. They obviously need to work on their messaging service. Absolutely the worse staff and doctor in Georgetown. Unprofessional from the front office staff to lab staff to the doctor and his team. This guy could care less about his patients. Only in it for the insurance money and it shows. Incompetence at its finest
