Excellent experience with this Dr Lazaroff, went in for second opinion on something next day surgery is taken place. Feel like I understand what’s happening and how we are correcting the problem. So thankful to have him be placed in our path, fingers crossed that everything will be good. And the girl in his office was so delightful and pleasant, from the moment I walked in the office I felt as if I was part of the family!
This review is about the office/reception nurese (Not Doctor). 1.Our appointment was scheduled before 2 weeks. 2. They had on system different number to send us reminder and confirmation. We did not receive any confirmation about the appointment/visit or time. 3. Individual has a issue and pain need to be treated. 4. They refused to accept visit due to late 30min. 5. I was referred to Dr. Lazaroff by a friend that was treated by him for ankle issues. I called their Waterbury Office, and it was quick & easy to make an appointment. Jackie made the appointment process painless. Jackie greeted me when I arrived, and the appointment started right on time. Awesome surgeon, I had 2 ankle surgeries and Dr. Lazzaroff really listens to your concerns and gives you choices for you to chose your course of care! The staff in the Waterbury office is really great to work with.
