I was referred to this doctor. The referral went through and the insurance approved me to visit with this doctor. When calling the office to schedule an appointment, it took them two weeks to tell me that my visits were not authorized by insurance. I can see the approval from my patient portal on insurance page. Before the doctor will even meet with me, they require the insurance to approve a 3 month rehab program without testing and without a diagnosis. A waste of time and real disappointment. I have been going to Dr Scranton for years. He is one of the best Doctor that you can go. What more can I say his office staff can't be nicer
Dr Scranton was always respectful, personable, and most of all helpful. The treatment I have received in his office for a TBI has been miraculous. Thank you, Doc.
That man should be in jail! I was sent there after having a bad motorcycle accident. I did need to do what I did on the computer at his office. I still do it now on my iPad and it’s called CT Therapy and it’s $25 a month and I can do it as much as I want! I had to pay extra if I even needed to talk to Dr. Scranton. God knows how much he charged my insurance!!!
I was evaluated for the Brain Fitness program and received extremely helpful information regarding the results of my testing and the direction the plan of treatment shall take. He was instructive with explanation and directive. He has a sense of humor which is a welcome change in todays environment. Amy is a blessing as well as the young lady who does the testing. Thank you to all the staff.
