It wasn’t bad in the beginning, Dr Ski. My nickname. Wanted to see me in a year appointment was scheduled for a year later. They were supposed to call me for my ultrasound before my appointment. Of course time goes by we forget, but I finally called them maybe a months after my appointment . They didn’t even bother to call me. I called earlier in the day and the girl said they accepted my insurance I called later in the day and another girl said she doesn't accept wasted a whole day of wrong information very incompetent staff workers and rude
Absolutely worthless visit for my grandfather. I brought him to this office on suggestion of his primary podiatrist to get a simple prescription for a necessary piece of equipment to treat his foot swelling. The doctor wanted to make several more appointments, never did prescribe or attempt to prescribe a Lymphedema pump nor prescribe a treatment regimen (how often the device should be used). While the dr was good with my elderly mother the office staff was repeatedly rude and so impatient with my elderly mother that we chose to drive 50 miles away to Upland for her care.
Dr. K was called by my primary care doc for an emergency surgery and he was right there for me even tho he had a plane to catch. The surgery went perfect. I had a problem with my after care and I had to call him for help. No problem for him. He helped with whatever I needed. Each appointment he makes sure all your needs are met and questions answered with a kind and understanding demeanor. He couldn't be more accommodating. He is a great doctor and humanitarian. Ruins it for the rest.
