My visits to the facility have been great, but just getting in and/or getting questions answered is a nightmare. If you have any medical questions between visits you have to call the "Medical Question Helpline" and leave a message for someone to get back to you. Ok, maybe this person has access to my chart, and is educated enough to answer my questions, but I've never seen this person, or had any previous rapport with them, so why should I feel comfortable having a complete stranger answer my health questions?
