I have had excellent care from my provider. He is attentive and doesn’t dismiss my concerns. This office is good about getting me in when I need to be seen and yet I don’t feel that they make me come in unnecessarily. Grateful to have an excellent provider.
Dr Richardson has been my PCP provider for the last year. I haven’t had a male physician for a very long time, but I greatly appreciate his attention to my long and complicated medical history. He has spent the time getting to know me, how I handle my health conditions and has developed a trustworthy rapport with me. 1st visit to establish care. Felt he did listen, was nonjudgmental and easy to work with. I didn't feel rushed. His medical assistant was nice and I love that this clinic actually answers their own phone and I'm not getting routed through a lengthy call center process. He also responded to me quickly via MyChart. Second visit was much the same. Third visit felt a little rushed. Dr Richardson was on time and did not rush through the appointment. He listened carefully, set up referals that I needed and made me feel heard. Highly recommend him and the quiet, neat, and clean practice.
I took my three teens here to establish care since they’ve outgrown their pediatrician. One of my teens came in for ADHD specifically and was prescribed a new medication. We did not need to re-establish the diagnosis. Appropriate care was provided. Anxiety / depression screeners were not indicated or done at the appointment.
