During our conversation Dr. Josephson put special emphasis on his fee, stating it was $x (very high) payable by cash or check. He then transferred me to his secretary to confirm these details. I think he also wanted to be paid after every session. Not sure about this last point. I think the guy should have been an investment banker.
Very down to earth and easy to speak to. Makes you comfortable and does not belittle your thoughts.
