Stephen assisted us with our first home buying experience and we are so appreciative of his support and knowledge through the process. He was very communicative throughout the whole process and even reached out before the end of our first year in our home to make sure we had completed our homestead exemption.
I'm sure Stephen is a good representative as a seller's agent, his email signature says he's the top seller of his group. But working with him on the other side has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. Stephen might be one of the most unresponsive least communicative people in this industry. We are buying a house despite him being a part of the deal not because of him.
