I wouldn’t recommend this practice. Dr very anxious to get you out of there and rude nurse. I needed someone in the office to get back to me and to me and they simply didn’t respond. Lots of confusing instructions from Dr and worse from nurse..

If you value your time, avoid at all costs. I met Dr. Williams at Morristown Hospital. He was the infectious disease doctor on call. After my discharge, I was told I needed a follow up and to schedule an appointment with his office. My first and only visit was horrible. After 45 mins pass my appointment time, I asked when will I be seen bc I had another appointment right after seeing Dr. Williams. The receptionist said I was next. I waited another 15 mins. I hav been working with Dr. Williams for two years trying to find out how to help me. He did not give up. We finally found a reason why treatment was not working and he was determined to get the right type of treatment for me. He was on the phone with the insurance company doing peer to peers about two times and his nurse and him called like 20 times just trying to get me relief. I am utterly grateful for them. Overall, my experience with this doctor was extremely disappointing. Dr. Williams lacked compassion, empathy, and professionalism. I would not recommend him to anyone who is seeking quality patient care. It is important for doctors to listen to their patients, take their concerns seriously, and provide them with the guidance and support they need to manage their health. You will not receive this type of care if you see Dr. Williams.
