Dr. watts has been my doctor for almost 30 yrs. the only doctor i trust!
I had no problem with the Nurse Practicioner that I saw when I first visited this office; I felt she was helpful and is the only reason I'm giving a 2 star rating because everything else went downhill from there. It took months for me to actually get my endoscopy that was scheduled with Dr Watts, whom I didn't meet until the day of the procedure and immediately did not like - he has absolutely no bedside manner. A receptionist that worked at this office was responsible for a fraudulent charge on my credit card last year after I paid a bill over the phone. A police report was filed with the Wyandotte police department.
Been a patient of Dr. Watt and his NP Bonello for several years now concerning my EOE. Haven’t had any issues getting appointments, but sometimes the procedures can be months away. They do keep a list of who to call if any cancellations come up. I’ve had 3 procedures by Dr. Watt, all went fine and he went over everything in detail with my wife while I was in recovery
