He’s unprofessional, sloppy, a liar, extremely biased and shouldn’t be in this line of work. He violated the mediation practices in the state of Texas. I had to take him to court to admit he mediated on behalf of my ex-husband without telling me. He allowed my ex-husband to leave mediation early, on several occasions, without telling me and left me to mediate against myself. He also allowed my ex-husband to not even have to be at mediation to participate and never told me he wasn’t there or give me the option to reschedule.
The legal advice I receive from Mr. Schechter is always timely, correct to the situation at hand, and well thought out from a legal standpoint. I trust his advice on all of my legal questions and situations.
