Dr. Pickett is absolutely AMAZING!! 5 star service. Coming from someone who has dealt with many cardiologists in the past who have been burned out from the system. Dr. Pickett became my Dad’s cardiologist after searching for a second opinion for my Dad’s condition. His previous cardiologist painted a picture of despair and Dr. Pickett gave us hope. Doctor himself is excellent! Lately though it seems a lot of doctor offices hire lazy nurses and MA. My family is luck enough to certain medicine samples she needs from this office however the staff didn’t aside the samples like they were asked to by him, and now my family member is out of a medicine for a whole month now that she desperately needs! All because they don’t answer the phone half time and when I show up in person to handle things doesn’t help either. This world is fully of lazy younger generation who don’t care... read more
Dr.Pickett is very kind and very patient. His staff is wonderful too, Sabrina took good care of me and was very nice to me. Looking forward to visiting this doctors office again!
Dr. Pickett is great, but the office contact system is going to get someone killed. I was in the ER with a heart attack and tried to contact Dr Pickett via his Katy office web site and kept getting dumped on a voice mail. Two weeks later with no return call, I try again with the same result. As it turns out, their system doesn't work correctly, so my calls saying "Hey, Doc, I had a heart attack, what do I do?" were not being answered at all.
