I feel so fortunate to have Dr. Kelty as my surgeon. He is very caring, takes the time to answer all my questions, & goes out if his way for his patients. He is a good man. And his staff is great as well!
He is an excellent, compassionate surgeon. I had him do my surgery for breast cancer and then few months later he was my choice when my 20 year old son had an emergency hernia surgery. Not only is he an expert but he really cares about his patients!!
After being told by an un-named surgeon that my mother needed a colostomy bag/surgery, we demanded a second opinion and were sent to Dr. Kelty. Best thing that ever happened to my mom. He went in, precisely removed the cancerous / affected area and there was no bag needed. Infuriates me to think that people get talked into things they don't need. Dr. Kelty took precious time with us - answered all of our questions and we felt like he was a friend at the end. Thank God for second opinions!
