I contacted this law firm about my car accident by doing the online consultation to tell what happened. I had 4 different people call me from a California number saying they needed this & that. I uploaded it to them. They don’t communicate w/ one another to let them know my papers & doctor notes were sent. I told them I was being seen by a doctor and PT and they still didn’t communicate with one another. Then had someone call me from the Louisville number. He's awful. He lied to me continuously about my case. Missed deadlines to settle my case. I wouldn't recommend him to represent a rock. Had to go to the board on him several times.
Mr. Issacs is a great attorney. I had a DUI with a refusal and he was able to get the charges dismissed. I had been the sober driver that night and the officer made the mistake of believing I was under the influence. He arrested me and I spent the night in jail. Mr. Issacs was able to get me acquitted of the DUI and I was charged instead with running a stop sign, a minor traffic violation. Highly recommended!!!

I have known Steve for years, and he is a great person and knows the law. I called him on a holiday because I need a criminal lawyer. I was just going to leave a voicemail, but he answered; I was surprised that he answered. Overall I was glad and the outcome was great. After doing some research to find an attorney, I found Mr. Isaacs (which prefers to be called Stephen), very informative and interpersonal.
