I utilized Mr. Sacks legal services in 2006 & he is the worst attorney I have ever come across. He does fight to defend his client. This was my first offense & I was given a harsh punishment partly because of the poor & what seemed like lack of legal representation. My legal exceeded $5,000 & his representation wasn't worth one cent. To anyone thinking hiring him as defense attorney, do yourself a favor & find someone as I wouldn't refer him to a dog.
