I had a really disappointing experience with Stephen Hill Motors. I went through the process of purchasing a car and was told my finance was 100% approved. Based on that, I was led to believe the vehicle was secured. The following day, I was informed that someone else had come in and bought the car because I hadn’t paid a deposit — despite the fact the purchase was fully financed.
