Mr Stephen Hepp is very out spoken and directly with service he and staff provides. On point he follow up personally with customers return call back . He explained throughly about what diagnostic cost . Information in detailed what wrong with vehicle. Upmost checks all fluids with every oil change .So your vehicle maintenance is most effective. I have been going to Stephen Hepp's for about 18 years for all my cars, I have never had a problem with any buddy there, also been friendly and polite with everybody I have seen there when I have been there. I would recommend to Steve to anybody, very unstanding with everybody. if you need a mechanic, I would recommend him to anybody. HE IS THE BEST.
His receptionist thinks she is a mechanic. Not only does she give you information a mechanic should only give but she also goes beyond telling you how to run your life. They may be honest but customer service is horrendous. They never call you back, you never speak to a mechanic just this over stepping receptionist who is not accommodating at all!!! She will destroy this business sending customers away.

Just picked up my van from Hepp's after they bailed me out yet again from an unexpected mishap (can you believe road debris can punch a hole in your gas tank?) Stephen Hepp's has been taking care of my vehicles for half a dozen years or so. I consider myself fortunate to have discovered them. Fair prices, no attempts to up-sell, they always ask if I want to try to find used parts (like a gas tank) or new, and I don't think a final price has ever exceeded an estimate.
