Never can get into contact with anyone. Also it took 2 hours on our first visit for him to tell us what the cardiologist who referred us to him from chapel hill has already said. There were no test done , he said it took that long to look over his chart. He also talked in circles the whole time.
I've been apatuent of Dr. Royal for 3 years. I called the office to schedule an appt., because I was experiencing palpations again. I explained I was out of State caring for my ill parent. I'd be returning home next week, 1st week of Oct. The secretary told me they didn't have any openings until May 2026. I cannot believe they couldn't get me in sooner. I have no choice, but to go to urgent care when I get home next week.
