I recently had a highly disappointing and frustrating experience with Dr. Stephen Speck at Speck Endodontics. After undergoing a root canal procedure, I was not provided with adequate instructions on how to care for my tooth post-treatment. This lack of guidance led to complications, and I felt uninformed about the necessary steps for proper healing. I expected a higher level of professionalism and communication from the clinic. Dr Speck is professional, informative, and kind. Also important, give painless injections. Price is quite fair too. Highly recommend Dr Speck!
RecommendedI have severe anxiety when it comes to dentistry. Dr Speck and his entire staff made me feel so comfortable and made sure I was ok during the entire procedure. It is by far, hands down, the best dental experience I’ve had!
My visit went well. However my insurance paid more than estimated so I ‘m due a refund. I’m now into the 6th mo waiting. After many calls to the office I keep getting we will send it to the accountant again or it takes awhile. Very disappointed.
I was blown away by the friendliness of the ENTIRE staff. I was greeted professionally and politely. Dr. Speck and Stephanie, who was assisting with my root canal, explained every step they were taking. Made me feel at ease and that is hard for me to do in a dentist chair!!! Would ABSOLUTELY recommend this practice!
