Dr. Pollom is my champion. He has been with me the last year when I was going through serious back injuries. He kept me focused and was there when I needed him. That means a lot.
Horrible bedside manners and borderline unprofessional. Combative. He looked at his watch after he asked questions. I strongly felt he did not care. In fact it was clear there was no doctor-patient connection. Diversity training may help this situation. This was a horrible experience. Looking for a new provider. You should actually like all your patients and do no harm as they hope you will heal them. God Speed.
Amazing doctor! He would always spend the extra time talking even it it meant to over run your allotted time. He is personable and caring. I haven't seen him in a few years since I moved out of the country. I don't know what these other people are saying but I think he is the last of a dying breed. I miss him as my doctor.
