They were so good to my mama ! She loved the girls at the front desk and the old nurse practitioner Julie and Dr Hand. He was right there with her up until the day before she passed in ICCU. I haven't gotten the chance to thank them for everything they did for her and being so kind to her. Maybe I'll send them all a thank you card or drop one by the office one day when I'm in town. No thorough diagnosis, no follow up after the home sleep test, didn't ask any personal questions, just straight to CPAP, which didn't work for me at all (but nobody cared). As a patient, I just felt like another number, next please.
