Dr. Christiansen has taken care of all my children's wisdom teeth with the upmost care and professionalism. He absolutely cares for his patients and has a calming nature to help you through any oral health needs. He has all the training and years in his craft and it shows! He truly is the best!!
Surgery was not performed due to billing issues. I was told the office could not bill my medical insurance and that I would need to pay over $500 out of pocket. My medical insurance later confirmed the doctor is in network and that the claim could be processed with manual coding due to differences between dental and medical codes. I contacted the office twice to discuss this with billing and did not receive a call back. As a result, the procedure was never scheduled or completed.
Dr. Christiansen and his staff are awesome. I lived with horrible tooth pain for the last several years refusing to visit any dentist until I couldn't function anymore. I was referred to Dr. Christiansen and his staff. From the first consultation until my full mouth extraction they treated me with care. They were direct and to the point which I prefer over beating around the bush.
