I was supposed to see this Neurosurgeon through a referral from my pain specialist, who is an excellent physician and stated I possibly needed surgery on my spine to keep me out of a wheel chair. I called several times trying to get the appointment. They finally explained that this Neurosurgeon (who never saw/examined or spoke to me) that I was not a candidate for surgery. I can't even get ahold of anyone the office is always closed Or when I leave a message it is NEVER RETURNED, for Dr. Grupke,And I just am trying to see if he got my referral, guess I need to tell my provider I need someone else
Dr Grupke was fantastic on all levels. His staff is awesome, the works. I was very nervous on my surgery due to I have never met him. However I came out of surgery feeling better than I have in 8 years! Highly recommended.
Dr. Grupke has done 2 surgeries on me he is a great doctor.
