This guy is so unprofessional, he will submit documents for claimants without their file or claim numbers on them so the documents get lost and not associated to correct files. This is basic stuff! How many veterans have you screwed over doing this kind of crap and charging them.

They are the best I would recommend Gragg. He helped me and I will be forever grateful
I was on the phone with a lady and she didn't like what I had to say so she thought it was appropriate to just hang up on me the lady constantly talked over me and would not let me get my story in. Highly unprofessional people!
