Dr. Hendrix sets the standard for care. Professionalism across the board from appt. setup to check in and check out.
Dr. Hendrix and his staff are one of those rare teams where everybody works together for the good of the patients. When I call office staff are courteous and pleasant. Able to answer my questions, or will get answers and call me back. --and they do call back...every time. The medical assistants, and respiratory therapists are top notch also. Know their business, and are delighted to tell you what is going on, why this test, how it works, etc. Very reassuring to the novice with allergies.
Dr. Hendrix is hands down the best Dr. I've ever seen. Willing to talk and explain everything. Answers all my questions. Most other doctors seem like they can't get out of the room fast enough. Not Dr. Hendrix.
I don't know where I would be without the care of Dr. Hendrix. He is an extremely compassionate and caring individual who is truly concerned about the well-being of his patients. Every time I have seen him, the treatments he has prescribed me has made feel so much better. His staff is extremely courteous and professional as well.
