I have been a patient at this office since 2018, and over the years I have seen many changes. Unfortunately, this is by far one of the worst experiences I have had here. I have relied on this practice as my family doctor, including during two pregnancies, so this review does not come lightly. The biggest issue is communication — it is extremely difficult to reach anyone by phone. He’s been my doctor for over 30yrs. But his receptionists are the worse. Both locations. You get left on hold. That’s if they ever answer. They transfer you to voicemail when they put you on hold. Very unprofessional and you will have a better chance driving in and talking with someone then to wait all day listening to elevator music. And they rarely ever call back like they say they will. Just a super headache for no reason.
Doctors office sucks.! I'm here currently as I'm typing this. Had what I thought would be in and out because it should've been a NURSE visit. Appointment at 10:30am its currently 12:12pm. Almost 2HRS later and I'm still here. Like people dont have shit they need to do.
