Horrible, run, go to anyone else.
They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE . They need to hire receptionists or something , it’s ridiculous. Had to go in the office to make an appt !!!
This office is very unprofessional, leave you on hold on phone and never come back to phone line. When you trying calling them back, they don't pick up. Went to an appt. got there and they never called me to tell me doctor was out that day. They don't follow up with anything, switched to different doctor and location.
i am Margaret Steinbaecher leaving this message/My doctor is Dr Perlis who i really like i was not feeling well yesterday called 3 times was put on hold no one ever ever came back on just music my last call i held for 15 minutes nothing i cld quarryville office got in right away I believe Leola office is going to shut down looks like a ghost town when i was there months ago very poor management
Very unorganized location I came in at 10:45 to get my doctors note that I was given but it took them like 30 minutes to find it when I got a phone call saying it was ready and printed it out for me to pick up I get there and they wasted 30 minutes of my time when I’m on a time crunch to be at work and now I’m late for work because they’re so unorganized the paper wasn’t where It was supposed to be it was misplaced and they had to look through everything to find it on most unorganized location u could go to very disappointin... read more
