I have seen Dr. Penny for about 15 years and have stopped seeing him. He is knowledgeable, but has difficulty dealing with anyone who questions his judgement. Does not give a reason why he refuses a medication or renewal, unless you press him on it. Found it very frustrating when he was quick to send me to one of the partner's or their sleep center for more tests. He could have easily picked up the phone and asked his colleagues was there another drug in the market he could offer, but choose not to do that.
