The staff seemed nice enough during intake but when Mr. Forbes called, he was throwing a lot of legal info at me and when I asked for clarification and tried to explain the specifics of my situation, he yelled "FIND SOMEONE ELSE!" while I was mid-sentence. People seeking legal help need someone to defend them, not to badger them.
