The staff at this office is beyond unprofessional and consistently rude. The doctor is always running behind schedule and prescriptions are rarely ready.
My whole family has been going to Dr. Sargent for over 15 years. I have to waiting at least 30 mins of not longer every since appointment. Seriously considering changing offices. My time is just as valuable and if I am 30 mins late I lose my appointment but they are fine with leaving me sit in the waiting room over half an hour and then air in the exam room for another 15-20 minutes. EVERY single appointment! Plus the stuff is far from friendly.
