This review is directly at the Dentist this facility uses for tooth extractions & not the facility alone. Appreciate your time reviewing this letter & know it may be a bit late in the process but the incident has always frustrated me ever since & would like this Dentist by the name of Stephen Needle; recognized for his negativity & the pain inducing service in which could have hospitalized me on a serious note. The rep that needed to call me to schedule my oral surgery, decided to call another person who had the same name as me which left me in pain for over a month and a half! If you don't want my business or desire to treat with the respect and decency I deserve just let me know. The worst customer service and care I've ever received!!
Dr Needle is wonderful! Very caring and skilled. I was expecting pain after the novocaine wore off, but to my pleasant surprise, no pain! Amazing! I will refer anyone in need of oral surgery to Dr Needle!
My dentist referred me to Dr. Needle after a tooth broke off from the root. I received my 1st appointment with Dr Needle after just waiting a few days. The staff is friendly, helpful & they and the Doctor are extremely professional. I met Dr. Needle about 5 minutes after completing the new patient paperwork. He explained the needed procedure. Dr. Needle knows his stuff and does things quick. He is very patient with anxious patients and the extraction was flawless.
