3 stars - should be 5! Admitted to hospital after ER visit for chest pain. Held over night for observation. Woke up at midnight for nurse evaluation. Tried to get back to sleep but the TV volume in the adjoining room was very loud. Asked a nurse if the TV could be shut off - “No” was the reply. “That patient is a night owl and wants to watch TV.” No sleep for the next three hours.
