Takes FOREVER. I ordered a necklace on 11/21/23 and it said 7-10 days for shipping when I was checking out. I hadn't received it and it was now 12/5/23. I messaged and finally got through to someone and was told it takes 1-3 weeks for production. She said that is stated in the FAQ section on the website. I ordered a bracelet for my sons birthday.Ordered a week ago and called a week later and they said they made some error and it won't ship out for couple days. She said error on them. Gave me my money back but really upset he did not get it on his bday. Wont order again from this website!! Very, very disappointed he didn't receive it on his birthday!!
