I came to the office for the appointment that I was waiting for 2 weeks and was refused to be seen by doctor because they don't have an ability to accept electronic copy of the Health Insurance card. I was trying to explain that Health Insurance companies don't sent hard copy of the card any longer and I can show the card on the phone or email the copy.
