Dr. Crane doesn’t listen to his patients concerns at all!! After waiting over an hour in the waiting room & another 15 minutes in patient room, he just talks nonstop once he finally arrives. This happened each of the three times I had appointments with him. Besides him thinking he is an authority on all medical issues, he is careless about giving blood lab results. After waiting 3 1/2 weeks & placing three office inquiry calls, he finally contacted me to give me my results & stated he would call in my necessary prescription.... read more
Three out of three times his office is running over an hour late, after confirmation a week before with the office staff the receptionist said I didn’t have an appointment. Dr Crane is also rude and grumpy like it’s a problem to do his job. I’m going else where and you should too
I found Dr. Crane to provide excellent care in the several years that I've been his patient. He's highly skilled and listens well. He's also exceptional in providing detailed explanations about key issues so that his patients can make informed choices about their care. I highly recommend him.
