I have been seeing Dr. Cass for several years. He used to be good, thorough and concerned about his patients. The last couple of years, he's seemed to check out. He's done absolutely nothing for me, except tell me flat out lies about some of the symptoms I'm having and the cause. Telling me, "oh, that can't happen", like I'm delusional. One of my other doctors (neuro) actually confirmed that what I said was going on can actually happen. After an ear infection in November, I never regained full hearing and had a considerable amount of pressure in my ears. My PCP suggested seeing an ENT and referred me to Dr. Cass. I called the office to make my initial appointment. The receptionist said I needed to see an audiologist first to get a hearing test before she could schedule me with the ENT. They were able to get me in within 2 weeks, and while the initial experience with the audiologist didn’t show anything, the audiologist was thorough and professional. At this... read more
Not impressed! Was rushing us out the door after putting in drain tubes for my husband. Questioned my husbands hearing results and had to read them again to make sure my husband was correct. Scheduled an MRI and when there they couldn’t proceed because this doc didn’t put in the info of the drain tubes so sent us home. Rescheduled MRI and we have called twice now asking for the information and still no response. Doc, if you’re tired of practicing do us all a favor and retire.
If only they would learn to work together.
These other reviews are flat out hard to believe as Dr. Cass corrected my hearing and had great bed side manner. I’m a doctors also, but for animals, so maybe that’s why. But he did a wonderful job and took great care of me. He can have my two tickets to the Avs when his Penguins come he’s that good. So…. Surgically? Best doctor your gonna find for your ears, nose or throat. If your going to see this man for some simple ear problems and weren’t referred by your ENT, your wasting his time, so he should push you out the door. ... read more
