Very pleased with the customer service each time I come in. This time, I was planning a road trip and wanted to make sure everything was in good working order (Safety first! ) . I had felt a strange jolt occasionally when stopping. A service team member actually came out on the road with me and we drove until we could replicate it and he could understand what I was describing. I was very impressed. Thea is always on top of her game. From the moment I called she was responsive with getting my vehicle in to the shop. She set up a tow, called me with updates and explained warranties at the end. Five stars for her alone!

Great service from all of the personnel in the service department. My service advisor John was very helpful, professional, and concern . My vehicle was ready for pickup on time. I strongly recommend this dealership for service and sales.
