I am a new patient with Hartford healthcare, the doctor was extremely professional, as well as thorough. The nursing staff and receptionist need to learn what that is. As I was giving them my email address as the doctor gave me a prescription coming in from another state because it was cheaper, I was told to give my email to the receptionist so they can get the prescription sent so the pharmacy can contact me.
