Please note I am giving him two stars because his nurses are lovely and kind. That being said, I went in for a cystoscope, after having a urine test looking for abnormal cells and a CT scan. Never got a call for the last two which were done 3 and two weeks before the cystoscope. This was not my gripe. At the time of the cystoscope, Dr. Yu came in and appeared in a rush and did not engage me at all. He lathered me with a numbing lotion and did not wait for it to take effect and proceeding to do the exam which was in my opinio... read more
