Extremely unprofessional and unsettling experience. Dr. Stephen Hamilton (the head doctor here) repeatedly mischaracterized a medically necessary sinus surgery as a cosmetic “nose job” even after correction, and spent several minutes questioning my prescribed medications (finasteride for hair loss) in a judgmental and accusatory way, including asking if I “didn’t see anything wrong” with them. We’ve had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Hamilton. Communication has been a constant issue—messages often go unanswered or are returned only after long delays. This lack of responsiveness has added stress during already difficult times. Even more concerning is the doctor’s passive approach to care. He has not been proactive in suggesting or explaining treatment options, leaving us to do most of the research and advocacy ourselves.
