most unfriendly account I have ever met. would not listen to what I had to say, did not even bother to look at my completed tax forms. automatically wanted me to file an unneeded extension which would have cost me more money. He just basically brushed me off. I tried to give him my business but guess he has so much he does not need mine. nevermore
