Awful customer service on the phone.. the receptionist was very rude.
Misdiagnosed a brain aneurism for anxiety and refused to listen to real problems with an honest patient. Horrible as i almost died 2 weeks later!!
I want to thank everyone at Doctor Butler’s Office for reacting so quickly and taking such good care of me last Friday. I got very sick over night Thursday and called the next morning requesting a visit with Dr. Butler. Right away, the awesome receptionist scheduled me for later that same morning. I showed up early and was greeted by friendly faces and great demeanors. Leanne escorted me to the exam room and was very kind and compassionate as she always is.
