Absolute terrible customer service I kept just missing there calls returned call 60 seconds later and told there not available to take my call 3 times in a row I have a pretty big case and they just lost my business poor customer service reflects if you as a law firm

Unfortunately my elderly mother had a fall at a super market and sustained an injury.
