I can only speak about Lauren as that's my lawyer and I didn't get chance to meet her team. But if there anything like her, that's one heck of a team. Absolute terrible customer service I kept just missing there calls returned call 60 seconds later and told there not available to take my call 3 times in a row I have a pretty big case and they just lost my business poor customer service reflects if you as a law firm
