One Star Review: Misleading "No Win No Fee" Advertisement I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Stephen Browne Lawyers. Their website prominently advertises "No Win No Fee" services, leading me to believe their initial consultation would be free or at least covered if my case was successful. However, the paralegal receptionist demanded a $600 plus GST upfront payment for a 30-minute consultation. She then explained that "No Win No Fee" doesn't mean they work for free.
