Was a decent Dr up until the point I had aongiing issues with my prescriptions. Office staff was not helpful and would not help address my concerns after 3 hours on the phone with pharmacy and Medicare plus provider. Dr Boyd dropped me like a hot rock and gave me 30 days to find a new provider on a certified disappearing my chart message. Would not agree to talk to me or see me for further discussion. Poor practices, even worse staff and management.
