We are very happy with the Steve Bosch team. We love having a local agent to call, rather than sitting on hold waiting for someone in "head office". We've gotten great service, when calling with questions or having to make changes to our home or auto policies. A big shout-out to Helen!
The complete lack of proper communication that this broker and company as a whole is almost impressive. The only reason I have not canceled my policy with them is because they charge an arm and a leg to cancel. Never have been more unhappy dealing with a company. Their online interface functions like it runs on windows 98. Their claims department takes months to resolve. And you have to give information multiple times. honestly wasn’t a bad experience till i had to cancel my motorcycle due to it being stolen and afterwards still having to pay 90-95% of the remaining policy (was month to month) due to it being a “seasonal vehicle” i was month to month to afford it. they “prorated the remainder” which on no documentation i have does it show how they calculated. seems unprofessional to have just been served a number and be told pay or it will go to collections(billing department said that) just canceling a policy with them is such a headache ... read more
xtremely unprofessional service and zero follow-up! Over two weeks ago I called regarding my boyfriend’s car insurance. I was told they would call him to confirm that I can handle the matter on his behalf, since he works long hours and does not speak English. They never called. This Wednesday I called again and was told: “All agents are busy, we will call you today or tomorrow.” Nobody called. More than two weeks have passed with no action.
