Not only did Molly do an excellent job on the initial report, she defended that report successfully with the city, saving thousands of dollars. The city process continued long enough that the condition of some of the trees deteriorated even further. She intervened once again with the city to create additional savings. Her valuation efforts saved me far more than her fees. She is well worth her reasonable fees.
