I have always loved Umpqua bank, very helpful and great service. There was no other customers in the very large bank and there were 3 people at the window. I got out of work early because I wanted to add my new spouse on my account and he needed a cashier check. The cashier was VERY condescending to me. I was told we would have to make an appointment amd because my spouse couldn’t get a check because he didn’t an account. She kept repeating it, which I obviously knew he didn’t have an account.
