Stephen is the seller"'s agent. I would rather live under a bridge than buy a house from this man. We are 6 months into trying to buy a house and he has blocked, delayed and ignored all attempts to purchase this house. The well and septic testing took over a month to get accomplished with urging from our agent. He failed to disclose an abandoned car and camper on the property. I was very disappointed with my experience. As a buyer, I relied on representations that were later not honored, and there were significant disclosure issues that only became clear after the transaction progressed. Certain assurances were made verbally that were not reflected in writing or ultimately followed through on. This created confusion, stress, and financial impact. Buyers should ensure everything is documented clearly and independently verified.

Steve is the man! I used him to both buy and sell my home. Neither transaction went smoothly due to external factors (lawyers, etc), but Steve helped me navigate through them. He also was willing to answer any questions I had after I had moved in and the transaction was complete.

Steve was very helpful and reliable throughout the whole process. Steve was flexible with us and our schedule's. He is very friendly with kids and involved our daughter in the whole process as well. We will be back to see him again!
