Went to Dr Spencer for years as a teen/ early twenties and he was awesome but haven’t been in about 10 years. I called to make an appointment for cyst removal and the young lady on the phone spoke to me like I was so dumb with every question I had. I never felt so uncomfortable trying to schedule an appointment and as soon as I told her that her tone of voice did a complete change. Unfortunately won’t be going.
Staff was wonderful. Dr. Spencer did a terrible closure. Very rushed.
It was quick professional, friendly, informative, and the staff was great
Squamous cell surgery was fast and easy. I was well taken care of by the staff.
