Dr Phillips is the most caring Dr. He cares deeply about his patients. Before my surgery Dr Phillips prayed with my husband and I. This alone tells me about the integrity of his character.
This was my first time visit with Dr. Phillips. He was very thorough in explaining the procedure that he will do. I would recommend him to family and friends.
